Frederick Wessler is exclusively represented by Clearview Galleries. He has spent his life working with visual imagery. Wessler's artwork is taken from life, from firsthand observation and rendered with the aid of computer technology. It originates from field sketching with traditional drawing methods. The digital images he creates are often mistaken for photographs because the subject matter of his 3D artwork tends to be "traditionally" realistic, with meticulous attention to detail and lighting. Wessler thinks of it as constructing a “theatrical set" inspired by life that can only be captured properly by the giclée process, limited to only 100 pieces.
